12000 kg of masks and other protective materials arrived just over an hour ago in Bologna.
The goods travelled in 9 pallets on the main deck of the plane from Zhengzhou to Bologna. The boxes were also unloaded in the two ventral holds, the front and the rear.
This is the fourth flight landed in Bologna prepared by OpenSky World of Bologna on behalf of the Emilia Romagna Region which has made it the buyer to have these individual medical protective devices. This will then be distributed by the regional Civil Protection where it will be needed.
Two others had landed yesterday at Milan Malpensa and Rome Fiumicino with a total of 358 cubic meters on board for 34 tons. In numerical terms, millions and millions of masks.
This flight made two stopovers to reach Marconi airport. As well as the previous one arrived two nights ago. It started from Zhengzhou and then made a stopover in Krasnoyarsk and then Moscow Vnukovo and then the last leap to Bologna. The plane is a Boeing 737 / 46QsF VQ-BVF of Atran Air Cargo of the Volga Dnepr group which operated its first rotation on April 2 with Antonov 124-100.
