These Terms of Service regulate the partnership between Air Dreams and the holder of a Blueagles Friends Fidelity card.

With the Fidelity Card, created exclusively for all Blueagles Friends, you can participate in all promotional operations and private initiatives.

You will participate and be informed about:

• Benefits and rewards related to products/services offered by our affiliate network system
• Birthday Discount on Avioshop items
• Reserved initiatives (manifestations/events) related to the aviation world
• Informations related to the Fidelity Blueagles program

Benefit reserved to holders

Card holders will be granted the discounts in progress, benefits related to the loyalty program.

Discounts on products and / or services will be established and communicated based on the promotional initiative in progress.

The holder of the Fidelity card may check through the website the list of the Affiliate network with the related products and / or services.

Through the website it will be easy to access the purchase or direct contact with the associated suppliers.

Birthday Coupon

Air Dreams gives Fidelity card holders a 20% discount on a single expense.

It will be valid in our Avioshop on your birthday, or in the following 4 days, for any item or service listed, exept for Blueagles Flight Experience.

The birthday discount is active from the day following the date of subscription, but does not apply to products already on sale.

You will be informed of these advantages by email or through the phone contacts provided during registration.

Choice of card

You can choose between two options:

• Blue card
• Gold card

The only card that allows the participation in the Bluealges Flight Experience is the gold card.

How to buy

The purchase of the card can be made through the www.airdreams.it website, on an annual basis, at a variable cost depending on the card chosen:

• Blue card: 100€/year
• Gold card: 200€/year

Alternatively and for exceptional cases, it is possible to pay the card in other ways to be agreed by email customer@airdreams.it .

How to request and use the "Blueagles Friends Fidelity Card"

The Fidelity card is the property of Air Dreams and is issued according to the method described above.

It can be used for purchases of a personal nature, to each applicant natural person of legal age, after filling in and accepting these Terms of Service.

Transferability
The Fidelity Card is strictly personal and not transferable to third parties either by act between living persons or by effect of succession.

In the case of use of the Fidelity by parties other than the holder of the same, Air Dreams reserves the right not to accept , withdraw and / or cancel it.

Air Dreams will not be in any way responsible for the use of the card by third parties until the relative complaint is made in the manner indicated below for the case of loss.

Air Dreams is not responsible for third parties who have in any way come into possession of it, even as a result of theft, loss or death of the card holder.

Expiration
The Fidelity card expires annually and can be used from the day it is issued.

How to use

The Fidelity card is valid and usable by the holder exclusively at a facility of an affiliate and only after showing the Card together with a personal ID.

In order to use the Fidelity Card on the www.airdreams.it site, you will need to login with the credentials created during signin.

If the holder fails to present it to the affiliate or forgets to login to the site with the correct account , it will not be possible to benefit it.

No complaint will be accepted in this regard.

Inactive Cards

Air Dreams may delete any Fidelity card, at its discretion, if it has remained inactive after expiration.

Loss / Theft

The holder undertakes to promptly notify Air Dreams by e-mail to customer@airdreams.it. All benefits will be suspended and the lost card will be blocked.

Until then, Air Dreams will not be in any way responsible for any use of the card by third parties, and any lost benefits cannot be recovered.

Renunciation

The holder can renounce the card at any time by returning it and communicating it by e-mail customer@airdreams.it.

The waiver of Fidelity card entails the loss of all advantages and benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.

The waiver of Fidelity card does not in any way entail the reimbursement of the annual fee.

Revocation

Air Dreams srl reserves the right to revoke the card in case of violation of these Terms of Service.

Data change

The owner undertakes to promptly notify Air Dreams and via e-mail to customer@airdreams.it, any changes to their personal data (excluding date of birth).

Data processing

Before providing the data concerning you, it is necessary that you read a series of information that can help you understand:

• the reasons for which your personal data will be processed
• what your rights are
• how you can exercise them

This is in harmony with the provisions of the EU Regulation on the General Data Protection 2016/679 and subsequent amendments.

Purpose of the processing

Personal data are processed as part of the normal activity of the Air Dreams Srl Controller for administrative and accounting purposes, such as:

• Fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations;
• Customer management (customer and contract administration, orders, shipments and invoices, reliability and solvency check, …)
• Card production
• Marketing

The legal basis of the processing is the contract of which you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon request.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed

Data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators of Air Dreams who operate in the structure for the provision of the services requested by you.

Every appointed person will process your data in compliance with the instructions given by Air Dreams.

Companies or external persons who carry out activities strictly connected to the management of the commercial relationship could be:

• credit institutions
• consultants and freelancers, individuals and associates

Retention period

Personal data will be stored for administrative-accounting purposes for the duration of the contract.

Subsequently, they will be stored for the time in which Air Dreams is subject to conservation obligations by law or procedures.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to obtain from Air Dreams confirmation as to whether or not his / her personal data is being processed.

He / She has the right to:

• obtain access to personal data, request the rectification or cancellation of personal data or the limitation (or opposition) to the processing
• to receive personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device
• transmit his / her personal data to another data controller (data portability)
• be informed of the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling
• if expressed, revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before
• propose a complaint to the supervisory authority

Nature of the data and consequence of the lack of communication

The provision of data is essential in order to process them for administrative and accounting purposes.

In the event that the interested parties do not allow the processing of indispensable data, it will not be possible to proceed with the relationship.

It could lead to the incorrect fulfillment of regulatory obligations, such as accounting, tax and administrative ones, etc.

Amendments to the Terms of Service

The conditions contained in this Terms of Service are binding on the holder of the Fidelity card from the moment of subscription.

Air Dreams may modify or cancel the conditions of these Terms of Service at any time, upon notice to all members, by email customer@airdreams.it.
