Non-Directional radio Beacon

In navigation, a radio beacon (rarely electromagnetic beacon) is a kind of beacon, a device that marks a fixed location and allows direction-finding equipment to find relative bearing. Radio beacons transmit a radio signal that is picked up by radio direction-finding systems on ships, aircraft and vehicles to determine the direction to the beacon.
